In Greek, pefka are the pine trees, the ones that surround Sani and run almost down to the beach. Here, on a plot of about 5,000 sqm on the Kassandra peninsula, just four holiday homes are being built, each over three levels with its own pool. Two have already sold, and two are still available.

Four homes, one quiet plot

Pefka Sani is a small enclave: four homes on about 5,000 sqm, so each one has room, privacy and a garden of its own. The facades are clad in stone, and a landscape architect has planned the grounds so the homes sit naturally in the green surroundings.

Each available home offers about 120 sqm over three levels: a lower level, the ground floor and an attic. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two WCs, a private pool of about 40 sqm and two parking spaces in front of the house, under a pergola.

Sani: holidays in a pine forest

Sani lies on the west coast of Kassandra, Halkidiki's first peninsula. The area is known for the Sani Resort, its marina and the Sani Festival held every summer, and for its long beaches and the pine forest around them. The enclave sits a little inland from the coast, in quiet surroundings, a short drive from all of it.

The homes

Two of the four homes have already sold. The two middle homes are available, with the same design and the same price.

What the build includes

• Stone-clad facades and external thermal insulation
• Aluminium windows with double glazing, electric shutters and insect screens
• Armoured entrance door
• Italian or Spanish floor tiles of your choice
• Kitchen, fitted wardrobes in every room and sanitary ware
• Air-conditioning provision in the living room
• Two parking spaces per home, under a pergola

Homes are delivered unfurnished. As the project is under construction, interior changes can still be requested in coordination with the project engineer, as long as they do not alter the facade or the structure.

Financing and the Golden Visa

The purchase can be financed. The project is not eligible for the Golden Visa; buyers looking for an eligible property can filter the qualifying projects on the projects page.

   On the preliminary agreement, offset against the final payment.

2. 50%

   On signing the final contract.

3. 20%

   During construction.

   At an advanced stage of construction.
