For developers: submit a project for review

KLÉA markets selected projects in Greece to buyers from Israel and abroad, for investment, holiday homes and the Golden Visa. Developers who want us to consider a project fill in the form on this page, and we go through the details and get back to them. Submitting it publishes nothing on the site and commits neither side.

How does it work?

You fill in one form, and we do the review. If the project suits our clients, we set up a call and ask for whatever is missing. A project goes on the site only after we have agreed on it together, and everything published about it is coordinated with you.

1. Fill in the form. Six short steps: the developer, the project, units and prices, specification, terms for the buyer and materials.
2. We review it. Location, specification, prices, timelines and payment terms, against what our buyers are looking for.
3. We get back to you. If it is a fit, we set up a call. If not, we say so plainly.
4. We agree, then publish. Only once we have agreed does the project go on the site, coordinated with you.

What should you have ready?

The form asks what buyers ask us: where the project is, what it costs, when it is delivered and what the price includes. Keep the unit and price list, the technical specification and the payment terms at hand. Send presentations, photos and renders as a link, since files like these are too large for a form.

You do not have to fill in everything. Required fields are marked, and the rest helps us understand the project on first reading. What you type is kept in your browser until you send it, so you can stop and come back.

Which projects do we consider?

We work mainly in Thessaloniki, Halkidiki, Athens and the islands, with apartments, villas and houses suited to investment, a holiday home or the Golden Visa. New builds, projects under construction and buildings for renovation are all relevant. If your project is elsewhere in Greece, tell us about it anyway.
