The people who stay with you from the first call to the keys, in Israel and in Greece.
KLÉA is an efficient, professional and highly experienced team working between Israel and Greece. The owners, Liron Orlev and Tal Lieberman, both live in Greece. Bar Horowitz stays with clients from the first introduction to receiving the keys, Dani Gadiev goes through the projects and the numbers with them, Andreas Nitsis handles the technical side on the ground, and the lawyers of Nexus Law Firm check each property and lead the legal side of the transaction, with the authorities as well as with buyers and developers.
Our team works together like a well-oiled machine, with one aim: to make finding and buying a property simple and well done, and of course with a big smile and a willing heart.
Who works at KLÉA?
Five people work at KLÉA, each responsible for a different part of the way. Liron manages communication with developers and the Golden Visa side, Tal leads business development and sales, Bar is your contact for questions and scheduling, Dani goes through the projects and prices with you, and Andreas checks the technical side of each property.

Liron has made the same journey our clients are making today. She moved to Thessaloniki in 2021 and has known Greece from the inside ever since: the bureaucracy, the neighbourhoods and everyday life. She owns TAXIDI, which guides Israelis through Greek bureaucracy, and runs the Facebook community "Israelis in Thessaloniki and the Suburbs". Liron guides families through Greece's Golden Visa programme, and at KLÉA she manages communication with developers and with the professional teams in Greece, and leads the Golden Visa side.

Tal is an owner and partner in KLÉA, lives in Greece and leads its business development and sales. He builds KLÉA's partnerships with developers and professionals in Greece and Israel, and is responsible for how our projects are presented and reach the right people, in Hebrew and English.

Buying a home in Greece is a big life decision, but it is also a financial one, and Dani knows how to look at both. He holds an MBA and comes from the world of finance, where he works with private clients and business owners. At KLÉA he goes through the projects with you and what each price includes, helps you take the additional costs into account, and stays with you until you decide, whether you are looking for a holiday home, an investment or a mix of both.
Andreas Nitsis

Andreas is KLÉA's man on the ground. As a building contractor he knows first-hand how a house in Greece is built and what to check in it. As technical advisor he reviews a property's condition, its specification and the quality of the work.
Who handles the legal side?
Legal checks and purchases are handled by Nexus Law Firm in Thessaloniki. Its lawyers check the property before you commit and see the transaction through to signing. Even with their support, you are always welcome to ask a lawyer of your own for a second opinion.
