Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
KLÉA Real Estate ("KLÉA", "we") respects the privacy of visitors to klea-greece.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal data is collected on the Site, for which purposes, who it may be shared with, and your rights, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (as amended, including Amendment 13) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. What data we collect
- Data you provide voluntarily: via the contact form — full name, phone number, email address, destination of interest and your message; via the mailing list — your email address.
- Data collected automatically: usage statistics via Google Analytics (pages viewed, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate city-level location), using cookies.
- Local preferences: accessibility and language settings are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are not transmitted to us.
You are under no legal obligation to provide data in our forms; however, without contact details we will not be able to respond to your enquiry.
2. How we use the data
- Responding to enquiries and providing our service, including arranging calls and property viewings.
- Sending updates and marketing content to mailing-list subscribers, subject to consent.
- Improving the Site and user experience based on aggregate usage data.
- Complying with legal obligations and preventing misuse.
3. Marketing communications and opt-out
Marketing content is sent only with your consent. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any message or by writing to office@klea-greece.com.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with:
- Service providers that operate the Site: hosting (Render), database, and usage analytics (Google Analytics) — only to the extent required for the purposes above.
- Business partners in Greece (such as developers or local counsel), only where required to handle your enquiry and with your knowledge.
- Competent authorities, where required by law.
Some of our providers operate outside Israel (in the EU and the US). Such transfers are made in accordance with the laws governing cross-border data transfers.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses Google Analytics to measure usage. Google may set cookies and process usage data under its own privacy policy. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to browse the Site.
6. Data security and retention
We apply accepted security measures, including encrypted traffic (HTTPS), access controls and permissions. No system is completely immune to breaches. Personal data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
7. Your rights
Under Israeli privacy law you may review the data we hold about you and request its correction or deletion. If you are an EU resident, you additionally have the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact office@klea-greece.com.
8. Minors
The Site is not intended for minors under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
