Unlike most new projects, Galini Polychrono asks for no two-year wait. The villas are built and finished, and every one looks out to the sea. Each has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest WC, an open living room with tall glazing, a fitted kitchen and pale marble floors.
Outside are a timber deck, a private pool of 15-18 sqm and a private yard of 61 to 139 sqm, depending on the villa. Covered parking on the lower level, air conditioning, electric shutters, shower enclosures and railings are included.

Golden Visa and financing
Five of the six available villas are eligible for the Golden Visa: villas 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8. Buyers who are not purchasing under the Golden Visa can finance the purchase; a Golden Visa purchase cannot use financing.

How much does a villa at Galini Polychrono cost?
Prices start at €550,000 for villas 3 and 4. Villas 2, 5 and 8 are €610,000, and villa 6 is €640,000. Every villa has three bedrooms, a private pool and sea views.
When can I move in?
Immediately. The project is finished and ready to move into, and delivery takes place on signing the final contract.
Which villas qualify for the Golden Visa?
Villas 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8 qualify for the Golden Visa. Villa 6 is offered as a standard sale only.
Is financing available?
Yes, for a standard purchase. A purchase under the Golden Visa cannot use financing.
What does a villa include?

How far is the project from Thessaloniki and the sea?
Galini Polychrono is in Polychrono, about 80 minutes' drive from Thessaloniki airport and 90 minutes from the city centre. The village beach is a few minutes' drive away, and Hanioti and Pefkochori are 3 and 10 minutes away.
