In Ano Toumba, a sought-after residential district of Thessaloniki, we bought a commercial floor in an apartment building and renovated it from the ground up. We divided it into small homes, studios and one-bedroom apartments, and sold them in pairs to Golden Visa investors. The project is complete, sold and handed over.

What each investor received

Each investor received two apartments, a studio and a one-bedroom, fully furnished and equipped, together with Greek residency. The price covered every purchase and residency cost, so the investors did not spend a single euro beyond the amount agreed at the start.

The renovation

The commercial floor was fully renovated: a new layout, white kitchens with wooden worktops, light wood-effect floors, air conditioning in every apartment and bathrooms with glass showers. The apartments are reached from a paved side path that runs along the building.
